Standard Dumbwaiter
Dazen standard dumbwaiter series adopts external push-button control, there are two types of counter-height type and floor-level type, the door opening mode is divided into manual and automatic, and the car and hall door are made of imported stainless steel plate with hairline.
The standard dumbwaiters are available in four sizes suitable for both commercial and residential use. Additionally, we offer customization options to meet your specific needs.
Key Features
1. The motor is driven by high-precision worm gear, featuring small size, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation and easy installation.
2. The holding brake adopts DC110V, double line, double side brake arm control: low noise, large braking force distance, reliable braking.
3. Microcomputer frequency regulation changes the dumbwaiter from single speed to infinitely variable speed regulation and improves the precision of leveling.
4. VF technology can make the running speed of the sundry elevator increase from 0.4m/s to 1.0m/s at the fastest, which achieves the effect of smooth, fast and energy-saving.
Standard Functions
★ Fault Protection Function – When exceeding the normal running time within 10 seconds, the dumbwaiter will stop running to prevent burning the motor.
★ Fault display function -Displays the diagnosed faults in the form of codes.
★Failure self-diagnosis function – can diagnose the failure phenomenon and the reason.
★ Self-recovering insurance function-control signal circuit such as short-circuit insurance is automatically disconnected, when the fault is eliminated, the insurance is automatically connected.
★ Contactor sticking protection function – such as contactor coil after the loss of power contacts failed to disconnect, to prevent re-operation to ensure safety.
★ Beeping alert function – with the arrival of the station, a beeping alert function.
